Is there any Program that can Organize your 3D Models with a preview function?

I was wanting similar to the one Inlcuded in the FPScreator, where You have all your "ready made models" and just Click on them and add to your game.

I use Blender as my Modeler and 3D world editor, so a Plugin or Script that adds this functionality would Increase anyones game creation process.
