1  Crystal Space Development / Support / Where do I put the libraries so that config can find them? on: March 29, 2013, 01:30:09 pm
Hello, ladies and gentlemen!

I'm trying to build Crystal Space with MinGW on Windows 7, but when I run config, I get a long list of entries like this:

checking if pkg-config recognizes jpeg... no
checking for jpeg-config... no

My guess is that this means that I've put the dependencies in the wrong place, but I don't know where I should be putting them.

The CS source (ha ha, that's the name of a video game) is in C:\Libraries\crystalspace-src-2.0\, and I'm running config from C:\Libraries\CrystalSpace with the command ../crystalspace-src-2.0/configure

C:\Libraries\CrystalSpace is also what I entered when the dependency installer asked me for my Crystal Space directory. The library files themselves are in C:\Libraries\CrystalSpaceLibs.

Any thoughts?

Because I'm a law-abiding kind of citizen, I will also tell you that I'm using a GeForce GT 520 with NVIDIA driver
