I  have a error with compiling celtest?

www3 error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "public: virtual __thiscall celStandardLocalEntitySet::~celStandardLocalEntitySet(void)" (??1celStandardLocalEntitySet@@UAE@XZ) referenced in function "private: virtual bool __thiscall CelTest::OnKeyboard(struct iEvent &)" (?OnKeyboard@CelTest@@EAE_NAAUiEvent@@@Z)

I think the error is in the link with  libceltool_d.lib, I don't have  libceltool_d.lib and I don't know where is it.
