When I try to open page with win32 libs I get empty page

Is there any mirror for this libs?

Ok - got it from here: http://crystalspace3d.org/cvs-pseudo-stable/cs-win32libs-0.99r0_018.exe
but I think, that there should be some kind of information - not only blank page Smiley
