This is what happens to me every time I start engine with Shadowed2 renderloop:

I used CS on ATI Mobility X1600, with drivers 7.5, 7.6 and Omega based on 7.1.

shadowed2 renderloop doesnt play nicely with portals, that could be the cause. else you can check for non closed meshes which can also cause problems.
