please help!
I successfully built Crystal Space after many hours of trying.
Then I realized that i'd forgotten to install the java bindings, so I couldn't use CS in java applications.
Now I've spent 5 hours of making a new CS directory, reinstalling mingw, msys and crystalspacelibs for windows, and installed Swig and Ant.
After I had finally managed to rebuild Crystal space I noticed that I didn't get any jar file as the manual says.
What am I doing wrong?

Im using:
Crystal Space 1.2rc1
MinGW-5.1.3 Full installation
MSYS-1.0.10
CS-win32libs-1.1_001 Full installation
Swigwin-1.3.31
apache-ant-1.0.7-bin

Did you check your config.log file to see if configure found java? And did jam (or make) build the java module?

EDIT: your problem might have something to do with this: http://www.crystalspace3d.org/trac/CS/ticket/377

An information for those trying to find info through a 'search' on the forum:

With crystal space 1.2, under windows MinGW,

don't put your java SDK under 'Program Files' (because of the space).
The configure/MinGW seems to hates that and can't generate a correct -I for the compiler.

Instead put the java SDK under anything but with a path that has no space in it.

Then, compilation with latest JDK 6 works for me.

Best regards,
