Please help me! (moving platforms)

I am sorry to need to ask for your help, and I know the answer will be painstakingly obvious, but I do not know what else to do.

I have tried to follow the instructions on the blender2cs wiki, but still do not understand how to make a moving platform (where the player is anchored). I also realized that one of the CEL packages had a moving platform, but could not comprehend how it was done.

I have, however, successfully made a moving platform (using blender's animation), but it does not hold the player, and when it passes the player, the player is left suspender where the platform was until the player moves.

If this can be done in blender, then could you also please explain this to me?

Also, is there a source of documentation that I am missing (the CS and CEL API and MANUEL and the blender2cs wiki).

what kind of blender animation did you use ? it should be sequence of the object, maybe you just animating mesh ?
