  Hi, I am new in CS.
  In the user manual, there are a few explanation of 'zfill' and 'zuse'. I still don't understand much about what is the different between 'zfill' and 'zuse'! Can you give me some information about them?

zuse is what is considered normal. It means that when a triangle is rendered on screen the z-buffer will be checked (to avoid pixels of the triangle that are behind other triangles to be rendered) and also when the triangle pixel is rendered the z-buffer will be updated so that future triangles will not render unless they are in front of this one.

With zfill the z-buffer is only filled and not read. That means that a triangle that uses zfill will always overwrite all other triangles that are already at that spot.
