Anyone here know and how to compile Gimp plug ins to work with Win32 ?

Using Msys. I ask because there's some kick ass plug-ins that would be perfect for animated textures.

Don't mean finding them, I ment how can I port them to windows ? If gimp can be ported to windows then that must mean the plug-ins can be too, right ?
