hi, I am begginer in game development ,
I would ike to ask if this engine has built-in networking system.

If not, is there a plugin, or something else to add networking?

Hello,

  CS offers no networking plugin/abstraction, but you can use any networking lib you want.
CEL has an opitional plugin for HawkNL library (only TCP, no UDP), but all the same, you can use any lib you want.
See $CEL/apps/nettest/ for an usage example of this plugin.
