I'm starting to tinker around with CEL and I was wondering if it included things such as user accounts, client / server communications (and a server) or if it was just APIs to manage entities and abstract the 3D engine.

There is a TCP network plugin based on HawkNL in CEL, along with some interfaces.
See the 'nettest' demo app code for an example.
Note the plugin is not finished yet. See this post...
