Wanted to check out the CelStart demos, and so DL'd and extracted the 1.2.1 executable, and the Castle celzip file. Go to run the celzip file, and get a Missing Python25.dll error. Tried to just run the CelStart executable, but get the same error.

If I look in the main directory that was unpacked, there is no such DLL file, but I thought that the Python support was built in?

Could the problem be that I have Python 2.6 already installed on this machine?

yes, you need Python 2.5 since that's what the binaries were linked against.
There should be no problem with having both 2.5 and 2.6 installed on the same machine.
You just may have to create a little scripts which make sure 2.5 is found in PATH before 2.6,
and perhaps also set PYTHONHOME to the 2.5 install directory.
