I'm just wondering, does Crystal Space or any of its sub-projects come with a built in Player <-> Master Server networking solution?

Sorry this is such a small post but it is the only question I have about the engine so far.

CS itself provides nothing network-related.
But you can use any of the popular networking libraries (or just sockets).
CEL has a TCP networking plugin, with interfaces for player and game server iirc. It's based on HawkNL.
