Getting Started on a Mac.

Hey, I'm a complete newbie You can call me Kenny, since thats what everyone else calls me.
As I am a complete newbie (As I stated ^) I'm just wondering about getting started with a mac, Is there a tutorial.
If there is already one I apologize for not seeing it earlier.
