I have download the latest revision from the trunk and also downloaded cs-win32libs-1.4_002.exe.

When I try to build solution then i get that "zlib.h" file is not found, which should be in "E:\CS_latest\include\csutil\win32"

So, what should I do to compile?

You most probably haven't installed correctly the whole stuff. A post has been made recently summarizing the operation: here
