Both viewmesh and a program I wrote are getting Segmentation Faults when they try to load Cal3d models.  I'm at a loss here, because there are no printed errors...

Has anyone else had this problem?  Even if you haven't, can you help me?

EDIT: I ran it through gdb and found that it's occurring in ViewMesh::ScaleSprite ().  Maybe that will help...

Does viewmesh also crash with the cally model that is included with CEL? How exactly are you loading the cal3d model? Can you show me the cal3d file for the model?

Yes, it crashes with cally, various Blender-exported models, and those included with Cal3d. My command line is:
viewmesh /this/cally.cal3d

Do you need to see the file since it crashes with cally?

Yes, it crashes with cally, various Blender-exported models, and those included with Cal3d. My command line is:

Hmm. What version of CS are you using? Could you compile in debug mode and find out where it crashes?

*Sigh* It's always the simplest things.  I was running a version of viewmesh from an old installation of CS, the one from the recent version seems to work.
