Voice Synch with models

Hey,

I am wondering if anyone has worked with getting audio (voice) to synch with mouth movement of a model; perhaps such a plugin exists?

It seems like a much sought after feature which is used in a few recent commercial games-

I can't really see a way to make a plugin for it... Unless you mean to create a plugin that analyzes a wav data format and adjust the mouth accordingly. But I don't think it would be very effective (or it would be difficult to create).

You'd have to do the synchronizing yourself I would think, then play the sound as the animation starts.
