Please update CEL tutorial

there is a 9 part tutorial download. It says

CEL Tutorial: complete archive with document and all sources or only the PDF with the explanation about the tutorial. This tutorial is known to work correctly with Crystal Space and CEL from 22 June 2005. It may work with later versions too. If it doesn't then please report and we will fix it as soon as we can.

Well, it doesn't compile with 0.99_pre20050823. In part 5 and up, error:

It says to report if it won't work, but it doesn't say who to report it to. So I'm posting it here. Please update. Thanks.
