Hello Micah and others,

i have a little problem with my ibook (1,2 GHz, 768 MB Memory, OSX 10.3.9)
the software render is ok and not quick
the hardware render freeze my system completly and is must restart the OS

i will using the hardware render, because the software render is not quick

can you help me?

This is a bug in Mac's OpenGL driver which CS somehow triggers. Unfortunately, nobody has yet tracked down the problem to a point where it can be resolved. You can try disabling some of the OpenGL options in CS/data/config/r3dopengl.cfg. If you can figure out which option causes the problem, we may be able to create a work-around.
