Hi,

i need algorithm for generating water texture Sad bud i cant find it :/ .. google sey nothing Sad .. exactly i need: Procedural Texture for water (c++ or ansi) .. damn school

There is one... Look at the waterdemo.  That uses a procedural texture.

No, it does not (i know, i wrote it Wink

What algorithm you need depends entierly on what you want to do. Is it a texture to describe the shape of the water surface (a "heightmap"), and if so is it an ocean or a glass of water, or is it a normalmap for small ripples etc?
