Does the .dll for the CS plugin actually exist? Try running CS programs with --verbose=scf to see where SCF is searching for plugins and which ones it finds.
Ok the "verbose" written:
"could not load plugin 'crystalspace.cegui.wrapper' "
-I linked: libceguibase.a
-I using near the execute: ceguibase.dll, xerces-c_2_6.dll, mgwz.dll, libfreetype-6.dll
-I using 15-Dec-2005 CS version for cvs
I haven't got cegui.dll or ceguiwrapper.dll I think. But I don't know where is it or how I make it...

What does the actual build command look like? It is not clear from your post if you are even linking against the CEgui library.

Did you verify for certain that the build command uses the proper compiler and linker flags for CEGUI? On Windows, the latest version of cs-win32libs contains a pre-built copy of CEGUI which should just work "out-of-the-box", so to speak.

cs-win32libs does not contain a version of CEGUI for MinGW/Msys for some reason.

I compiled the latest Crystal Space version with winlibs 18.
Crystal compiled the cegui 0.4.1 system too. Very cool integrated in Crystal!
