hi,

i've downloaded all the stuff/files you guys (coders, etc) describe in so many places (eg, i got CS, CEL, CrystalCore, CCDATA, etc) - i've set it all up to get The Stuff up&running (mingw, msys, cvs, svn, libs etc etc - obviously cygwin's heap allocation error catched me in the meantime with no resolution but OS reinstall - nevermind)

everything builds quite ok and after quite few days spent on all of this i came up with the following error while building CrystalCore (this is the very beginning of the jam output copied for your reference)

-----------------
$ jam
...found 151 target(s)...
...updating 23 target(s)...
MkDir1 ./out/msysx86/optimize/src
C++ ./out/msysx86/optimize/src/application.o
In file included from src/application.cpp:68:
src/application.h:274: error: `CEL_ZONE_NORMAL' was not declared in this scope
src/application.cpp: In member function `bool CrystalCore::StartLevel(const char*, const char*, const char*, int)':
--------------------

could someone explain&help - what could go wrong at the very end...? note that all env variables are set & ready on their places... is there any chance that someone help me to build the crystal core and finally run it...? I don't need big elaborate - just quick hint will be more than enough

thanks in advance
Tom

Your CEL installation is probably too old. CEL_ZONE_NORMAL was added to CEL on 2005/11/27. Try to grab fresh copies of all projects.

thanks, i'm trying right now but after updating cel from cvs certain CS dependencies are invalid when building, so i guess i have to update CS as well, right?
anyway, let you know if it's wrong again...

Normally, it's best if all the versions and/or dates match.
