I did the one compiling tutorial but the programs i used which i think are Msys and MingW didnt work for some reason. I put the Msys intot he mingw file like it said and didnt get a link to it on my desktop so i cant start the command line. Can some one help me compile these?

I am having the same problem with that tutorial.  I have crystal space downloaded and microsoft visual c++ but i couldnt make it compile the samples.  then the mingw tutorial didnt help either.

Without knowing the specific issues which prevented you from building the program, it's difficult to assist.

It might be helpful for both of you to check the documentation, and when certain parts do not work, then ask for clarification with included details (ie build log, compilers information etc)
