I made this test level, and I get some weird mipmaps on it (I marked them with the blue circles):
How can I make sharpen mipmaps in CS? And how can I switch between trilinear/bilinear/anisotropic filtering?

Hmm.. The screenshots you show me look exactly like you would like to have it. However, there are options you can play with in data/config/r3dopengl.cfg

U take this settings for vga driver too.

He mean I can adjust the mipmap quality via the graphics card driver.

you shouldn't have to, the config has all the options you need to enable different texture filtering methods.
