When I use the shadowed renderloop, the alpha in my textures doesn't work. It is colored black instead of being transparent. Also the textures are very dark. I have disabled lighting and shadows for these textures, but no help...

This is a known limitation of CS. It is on our todo to fix this.

It mean I can't use textures with alpha if i'm using realtime shadows? :O

It is on our todo to fix it. I wouldn't say it makes CS useless as many people are using CS already. In any case it shouldn't stop you from continuing development. It will be fixed at some point.
