I want to import Maya 7 files. what should I do?

A simple ansver: use Blender instead of Maya.
But I think you can easyly do it with the maya2spr utility.

In CS feature list I saw it has Maya file support. I have skillful work in maya

In that case, use the Maya to CS converter.

Theres a script to convert Maya Files to Crystalspace, but it's heavily outdated and slow, it might still work though.

Luckily there is an even better way to do things in the works for maya users.

Hi there,

This will work by creating models in Maya, then saving them as .obj files. Importing the Maya .obj files into blender, then convert them using blender2crystal. I have not been able to get maya2spr to work myself.
