- 07:48, 9 April 2013: GoogleSummerOfCode2013
We did it again! Crystal Space got accepted as an organisation for Google Summer of Code 2013 (http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2013). Google Sumer of Code is a yearly event where Google gives students a chance to do a paid summer job for Open Source projects. So if you are a student and are interested in earning a bit of money during the summer then you can apply for any of the 177 accepted projects. More specifically you can apply for Crystal Space. You can apply (both as a mentor or as a student) at the Crystal Space Google Summer of Code site (http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/org/google/gsoc2013/crystalspace). From there you can also visit the ideas page. But of course you are free to suggest your own ideas too. We're looking forward to working with you!

I started a new Crystal Space community on Google+ (new feature there). This community is the ideal place to let everyone know what you're doing with CS. You can also show off your screenshots there. You can visit (and join) this community here:
