Description
The "section bar" at the top is intended to switch between the sub-sections of the home page (MediaWiki, Gallery, Trac ...); the left-side Navigation bar is used to navigate the content in MediaWiki. The top bar is rather prominent due it's font size; perhaps the font sizes of Nav bar and section bar should be balanced against each other. Also, for "newcomers", the nav bar links are probably better, since they contain prose text that also goes beyond the section options (e.g. "Community" also describes communication options besides the forums). Perhaps that should also be considered.
