<tt> too small

Text marked up as <tt> seems to be about two points smaller than the normal text and harder to read. Perhaps scale up the font size to roughly match the normal text in height.

The problem is especially apparent in FireFox where the <tt> font seems tiny. In Internet Explorer, the problem is not as severe.
