MediaWiki editing toolbar absent

Description

The common top MediaWiki toolbar ("Bold", "Italic" etc) is not there. It's visible when switching the skin to e.g. MonoBook, so it's probably skin-related.

Could you look if its correct for you at http://www.crystalspace3d.org:81/ ? I think I fixed it there, but want to test the version there some more.
