Cel Python Examples can't run

description:
1) export succesfully , but walktest & bootstrap can not run automatically.
 while the blender console said: "..\world.zip created and bootsraped".
2) if manually run bootstrap.exe with the proper parameters. it returns a error :"crystalspace.application.bootstrap: Couldn't load behaviour layer 'cel.behaviourlayer.python'!"

I use:
1) winxp sp2, VC.net 2005
2) cs-pseudo-stable-2006-01-27.zip (compiled & linked succesfully)
3) cel-pseudo-stable-2006-01-27.zip (compiled & linked succesfully)
4) blender2crystal-0.6.0pre5.zip
5) blender 2.41, python 2.4, PIL-1.1.5.win32-py2.4, PyXML-0.8.4.win32-py2.4
