Hey Everybody.

So I really like the sound of CEL and I'm going to attempt to develop my small game with it.

While getting started I have trawled through some of the forums looking for various questions I have relating to setup and building along with just reading posts about problems people are having.
Anyway I thought that maybe if we collate some info in an FAQ or put some sticky posts up related to common problems/solutions it might slow repeat posts down and help people move forward.

I'm happy to help start putting together something.

I'm interested in this as well. Have you tried using a textured plane? This ais something I will be testing over the next few days.

The plane would act like a sprite but in a 3d way. I suppose it depends how you wish to use your "3D" sprite.

The texture applied to the plane could be swapped over time to create an animated sprite... I assume.
