I have found a workaround:
knowing that the problem has to to with the size of triangles (below some size things go wrong), I export everything with a scalefactor of 10, now the lighting is ok. I further have to scale my movements and the size of the actor. I can live with that. Nevertheless I look forward to the release with the new lightmapper.....
