When I go here (http://projects.blender.org/frs/?group_id=12) and click "blend2cs024.exe" under "blend2cs Win32 executable" it takes me to a blank html page.

Same here. Seems the download.php doesn't work anymore. Unfortunately I also don't have a copy.

You're in luck, the developers are aware of this but so far havnt fixed it, but there is a mirror at ftp://ftp.sunsite.dk/projects/crystal/crystalcore/blend2cs.exe

what about both tutorials on this download-page? I researched a half day but I didn't find a mirror.

Where can I get these files?
