Is there Polygon counts for crystal space?
I have worked with many mods and was going to try to programs some stuff and get it in game.

What do you mean exactly? You want to know how many polygons CS can handle or what?

characters
vehicles
buildings/ statics
land

Depends on the hardware. CS can handle any amount of polygons. It just depends on what hardware you want to target and what speed. Also how many of those objects will be on screen at the same time.
