Cartoon Game?

I saw an image in the Gallery for a Cartoon Game, I'm curious about this game. It looks a little like the games I used to play as a kid, only with real graphics, in three dimensions...

It looks like fun! I like old style games, does anybody know where I can find out more?

Now I'm curious, how I might go about getting one or two of those games, they're commercial right? Do you know where I'd go to purchase them?

Edited to add: I reread that question and I may need to clarify; if the game will be comercially released, would it be sold from that website, or elsewhere? Store shelves?

well that wasn't a game, just test level for learning CS
I have no idea whare is it now, probably doesn't exist
