suggestinon - including libceltool(_d).lib in the project settings of cel apps

Hi,

I just stubled over a small problem when I wanted to build the celtestand application with MSVC2005.
In the projects linker settings the library libceltool(_d).lib is not included and so I got linker errors.

For users convinience and to avoid problems and questions, I  wanted to suggest to add the library to the your projects settings.

Err, in all VC solutions, celtest properly depends on the "libceltool" project.
